Positions

  • Bartender

    We have a new specialty craft cocktail menu and need new or experienced bartenders to run our cantina. Poncho’s bartenders warmly welcome our guests and ensure that each guest enjoys a great experience every time they dine or enjoy a cocktail with us.

  • Prep and Line Cook

    In search of reliable and friendly prep and line cooks to prepare all foods for our take-out window and dinner service. The ability to follow a detailed recipe, assist cooks and keep stations cleaned and organized are shift expectations.

  • Busser

    New or experienced bussers with great attitudes and communication skills are wanted to help with guests’ experience. Refilling table-side chips, drinks and guest requests are some of the duties to expect.

  • Assistant Restaurant Manager

    With Poncho’s brand new look, we are searching for a resourceful assistant manager who is friendly, reliable, energetic and willing to create a positive atmosphere for fellow employees and our guests.

  • Take Out Manager

    Looking for an eager Take Out Manager who’s willing to grow with our Poncho’s family. Responsible for our busy take-out window, some duties include ordering inventory, providing efficient and excellent customer service, and supervising shifts.

  • Dishwasher

    The backbone of our entire restaurant… Poncho’s needs reliable dishwashers to wash and clean tableware and cooking utensils/equipment. Efficient yet organized we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Server

    From experienced to new Poncho’s is looking for hard-working servers to accommodate table dinner service for our guests. Knowing and understanding our food and drink menu and making a great guest experience are priorities. Excellent pay plus tips.

  • Host/Hostess

    In search of friendly and welcoming hosts to greet and seat guests. Must have great communication and customer service skills and team player attitude.
